Shipping

Sewn Designs ships from Canada - we currently offer shipping anywhere in Canada and the US. If you’d like a quote to a different country please email your mailing address to hello@shopsewn.com.

Please note that as all our products are handmade, production time prior to shipping is 1-3 business days.

Canada Untracked Shipping

Standard shipping within Canada take approximately 7-20 business days to be delivered - there is no tracking included in this option so if you are in a hurry to receive your items or would like to follow them while they ship, please upgrade to express shipping at checkout which allows for a 2-7 business day delivery time. We provide this as an affordable alternative to tracked packages and though it’s very rare that a package is lost we cannot be responsible for any packages that do not arrive.

Canada Tracked Shipping

Via Canada Post these parcels take 2-6 business days to arrive and include tracking.

Canada Express Shipping

Via UPS or Purolator these packages arrive in 1-2 business days.

Local pickup

Local Calgary pickup is available! Please select LOCAL pickup at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a pickup date and time. Pickup location is in Crescent Heights.

Returns

Sewn Designs takes tremendous pride in the quality of our products as every piece is handmade in small batches with infinite love.

We offer exchanges for wrong sizing subject to availability and within two weeks of you receiving your items. Underwear are excluded for hygienic reasons.

Any return shipping due to incorrect/incomplete address is to be covered by the customer plus a $5 undeliverable fee.

Should you receive a faulty product we will accept a return and issue a refund or offer a replacement.
