What To Wear For Your Boudoir Shoot

The short answer: literally anything that you like and that makes you feel sexy.

The long answer: Go for a few different vibes! I recommend choosing something bright so that it pops in the photos. I’d also go with something classically dark and sexy, the LBD of boudoir shoots. Also pick a few different styles of lingerie, maybe a playsuit, a bralette set, a sexy bodysuit and you could even consider doing some photos topless or fully nude if your photographer is on board!

I think most people are nervous or hesitant heading into their boudoir shoot but let me put your mind at ease - it will be one of the best experiences of your life! You may be doing it as a gift for someone - and I’m sure they’ll love it - but be prepared to get more out of it than the intended recipient. A boudoir shoot was hands down the best thing I ever did to promote a positive body image for myself and now after having a baby I am so glad that I commemorated my body in that way.
